Our Mission

We're a group of mechanchim on a mission to enable good, frum boys to shteig and grow during the summer. We believe in the profound impact of a summer spent in camp. And, we are guided by the ethos: Wholesome. Awesome. And then some.

Wholesome.

Remember camp back in the old days? When Hu Klal Gadol was in, and everyone had disposable cameras? And you  had to wait on line to make a two second phone call at the pay phone on Erev Shabbos. Oh yeh, and there was no air conditioning -- not even on Shabbos afternoon. And you played games and made real friends? That was pretty wholesome. Don't worry, we got it. It's different today. But, c'mon you would still give anything to be back with your bunkmates enjoying each other's company. Oh right, BoBo your counselor never finished his story...

Awesome.

So back then they didn't even use the word awesome. Nowadays, it connotes something above good. We're not trying to T4 or anything, but it's like when there are awesome feelings all around when your team wins its playoff game. Or, like when you find out that there are wings for supper. And, yup, your mother just sent you another email:) Lemaaseh, it's pretty geshmak...

And then some.

Because at the end of the day what kids expect today is ainoi doimeh to what used to be. We have to make sure we go on awesome trips, have memorable campfires, pumping night activities, chashuve staff,  geshmake boys, space for Amazon, and then some... (And, btw we do have air conditioning.)
